Achieving a "DUTY ratio" of 50%:50%±2% that was considered impossible with etching, thanks to our Ni electroforming technology. We also support linear scales. We have numerous adoption records with encoder sensor manufacturers both domestically and internationally, particularly with reflective sensors. Our metal reflective slit plates are widely used in industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and automotive products.
